The Consolidated Report constitutes an integral part of WP2 – BRAINFINITY Educational Content. Its primary objective is to present a systematic approach to teaching higher-order thinking skills, which is poised to generate substantial awareness regarding the crucial skills and competencies essential for students’ future employment. This Consolidated Report serves the purpose of incompassing the collective efforts of all project partners. Drawing upon the Country Reports that document existing practices employed in teaching problem-solving and high-order thinking skills in schools, as well as relevant literature on the subject, the report distills valuable insights and facilitates comprehensive analysis.

The Braifinity Educational Content is tailored to meet the needs of educators operating within this unique collaborative framework. This content is strategically designed to not only augment teachers’ competencies but also empower them to guide their students through the process of cultivating creative problem-solving abilities. Our Educational Content is organized into seven distinct modules designed to address one of the core competencies identified in the matrix. These modules are meticulously crafted to align with the demands of contemporary education, providing educators with a well-rounded toolkit for fostering critical thinking, innovative mindset, digital literacy, emotional awareness, effective communication, and more. A3 – Booklet of Detective Tasks
Explore fun and engaging ways to enhance problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills among your primary school students! Our booklet with 50 detective tasks, has been meticulously crafted by a collaborative team of teachers and experts from Portugal, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Slovenia. We began by tackling the tasks from past national Brainfinity Challenges, deeply analyzing the cognitive processes involved. Through this reflective approach, we embarked on the creation of our own tasks, each partner contributing eight. From these, we’ve carefully selected the top 50 tasks to include in this booklet. This curated collection is designed for easy integration into the classroom activities, regardless of the teaching location. The Booklet is available in English and translated into partners languages: Bulgarian, Serbian, Slovenian, and Portuguese.

A5 – Brainfinity Teacher Training Methodology & Implementation Set
The Brainfinity Teacher Training Methodology is rooted in the specific objective of educating teachers to create and implement detective tasks that encourage students to think critically, research effectively, and synthesize information from various sources. By doing so, we aim to stimulate the development of functional knowledge among learners. This approach aligns with the overall objectives of our project, which focuses on enhancing teachers’ abilities to motivate and engage students, while also facilitating a reorganization of traditional teaching methods. The Brainfinity teachers’ training program aims to equip educators with the skills to enhance problem-solving and critical thinking in students aged 11-14 through interactive, detective-themed educational activities. The Training Program is availabe in English and translated into partners languages: Bulgarian, Serbia, Slovenian and Portuguese.
