Also, we remind you that Brainfinity is a competition that nurtures students’ creative thinking as well as imagination and innovation.

Precisely for this reason, the team’s visual identity, that is, its logo and name, is also evaluated and scored within the Brainfinity competition.

What are the criteria for evaluating the visual identity

For their visual identity, each team that applied for the Brainfinity 2023 competition can get from 0 to 10 points.

It is tricky to evaluate objectively the name and logo of the team, and that’s why the Brainfinity jury, which gave professional evaluations, tried to single out several criteria when it comes to scoring the name and logo of the team.

The three most important criteria were:

the authenticity of the logo and respecting copyright;
how creative the name of the team is;
details that the jury found authentic.

Thus, the teams that used copyright-protected images from the Internet for their logo automatically received the lowest number of points, i.e. 0 points.

Teams that only downloaded some elements from the Internet received a higher number of points.

Teams that made an effort to design the logo themselves and created it in one of the online logo creation programs and teams that used images from websites where it is allowed to download images received a maximum of 10 points.

The jury checked all the logos with the utmost dedication, but these points, as important as they are, are not the determining factor in the final ranking. Don’t give up and show your problem-solving skills at the challenge!
